Drawing for benches and fees

We have enough folks participating that we will most likely be requesting that you preregister for events so that we can draw the bench assignments in advance. This allows us to label targets before the morning of the match. As for the tournaments (and the Area Factory Match that we are hosting), we will probably be asking for a non-refundable deposit to cover the cost of the food.
